The Pretty Reckless Announce 4th Album, Death By Rock And Roll

After a 3 year hiatus, Taylor Momsen turned to Instagram to announce the band’s fourth album is finished. It’s called 'Death By Rock And Roll', and tour dates are scheduled as well.

“It’s been a long time since we’ve been out there and we're excited to hit the road this spring. The new songs are incredibly personal, but we’re ready to start sharing what we’ve been through the last couple of years with the people that mean the most to us, our fans.”

Taylor is referring to the tragic death of friend and tour mate Chris Cornell, who passed away while the band was touring with Soundgarden. The band's producer died in a motorcycle crash the following year.

TPR worked with Soundgarden/Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron on this LP, with rumors of multiple surprise collaborations. A photo was posted with Momsen and Cameron in the studio, captioned “Wait til you hear this.”
