When the world lost Eddie Van Halen on October 6, 2020, many of us couldn't process the idea that he was gone. Instead, we focused on the impact he had of the lives of millions. His musical infuence can't be overstated just as his love of life and good times formed an immeasurable presence with generations of guitarists.
Many people around the world have taken to social media to share their stories and pictures that pay tribute to Eddie. Now we have a more tangible, lasting image that encapsulates the Eddie we knew and loved.
Thanks to Guitar Center Hollywood and artist Robert Vargas for creating this mural painting in the place where it belongs.
